Beginning Week
  • First and third Sunday of each month:
Slow roasted beef or pork with a medley of seasoned vegetables. 
Served with dinner rolls or bread fruit salad
  •  Monday 
Baked or fried chicken with corn on the cob, jalapeno, mashed potatoes, salad 
  • Tuesday
Smothered pork chops, with greens. fried or baked potatoes
  • Wednesday
Fajitas -- chicken or beef with refried beans, spanish rice pico de gallo (guacamole when avocados are in season)
  • Thursday 
Spaghetti with italian sausage, Served with french bread and salad
  • Friday
Chicken Florentine with salad, garlic, green vegetable
  • Saturday
Chili or Chili beans served with cornbread and coleslaw

Ham, Hawaiian or cured served with mashed or baked potatoes, dinner rolls and greens or squash

Hamburgers with cheese, served with tater tots or french fries

Chili dogs, cheese, relish, served with tater tots, french fries, or onion rings

Shrimp Alfredo with salad, garlic bread, served with green vegetable
  • Friday
Enchiladas served with refried beans and spanish rice
  • Saturday
Pizza or buffalo wings with salad
